Anna Inkeri Björklund (she/her) is a visual artist and curator based in Fiskars, Finland. She works with photography, media art, and sculpture, preferring experimental techniques. Light, however, is her most important tool. Björklund exposes her cyanotype prints in sun light, making natural light a component in her works.
Björklund’s works have been seen in solo and group exhibition in Finland and abroad. She has been awarded numerous grants and a honorary mention in a public art competition. Björklund holds an MA from Aalto University and a BA in Fine Art from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
She has recently worked as a curator for the Finnish Light Art Society FLASH (2023–2025) and the Finnish Museum of Photography (2022–2023). As an artist, her last group exhibitions include Lux Korkeasaari, 2022, Material Light at MUU Cable Factory, 2021, and Material Light at The Northern Photography Centre, 2021.
Björklund’s last solo exhibition Statement Pieces was displayed at Kulma studio, Fiskars, 28.6. –31.8.2025.
